AI Use and Data Disclosure

This intake wizard uses artificial intelligence to analyze your materials and pre-fill the intake form. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI processing: Your website content and uploaded documents will be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure services, including a large language model, to extract relevant information. This processing occurs on those services' servers and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
• File uploads: Any documents you upload (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT) will be converted to text in your browser and sent to our AI service for analysis. Do not upload documents containing trade secrets, attorney-client privileged content, or personally identifiable information beyond what is needed for this intake.
• Data storage: Completed intake information will be stored in Good Bones Marketing's internal Notion workspace, accessible only to Good Bones Marketing staff.
• Data retention: Intake data is retained for the duration of your engagement with Good Bones Marketing and for up to 3 years thereafter. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
• Human review required: All AI-generated pre-fills are suggestions only. Good Bones Marketing will review your submitted intake before any work begins. The AI does not make decisions on Good Bones Marketing's behalf.
• No guarantee of accuracy: AI extraction may be incomplete or imprecise. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting all pre-filled fields before submission.
• No confidentiality guarantee on AI services: While Anthropic maintains data privacy policies, you should not upload documents containing highly sensitive proprietary information without consulting your legal counsel.
